Participants who choose to make a deposit will be required to Roll-over the Amount Deposited + Sweepstakes Bonus Amount + Initial Sign Up Bonus a total of (5x) five times prior to withdrawal.

4. Contest Period:

The Contest begins on the first (1st) day of each Calendar Month and ends on the thirtieth or thirty-first (30 or 31st) of each Calendar Month. Currently Monthly is running from 05/01/2025 to 05/31/2025

If at the end of a Sweepstakes period, you are below the distributed 5.00BUNDCASH amount participants will be awarded, an additional BUNDCASH at the start of the month to enter the "Sweepstakes"

5. Prize(s):

Prizes will be listed on the Contest website (General Sweepstakes Contest will have 50.00BUNDCASH Prize.

The winners will be chosen and determined by Random Draw where each play made is during the contest counts as an entry into the sweepstakes.

Winners will be announced via the Leaderboard located on the BundlesBets homepage.

Prizes are not transferable, and substitutions will not be made.

Please note, Customers that who have made a deposit and accepted a withdrawal will be classified as NON-DEPOSITING customers. In effect resetting your account Bundlesbets and subject to Sweepstakes Rule 3.1 and Winnings of 50 BUNDCASH.

6. Winner Selection:

Winners are determined by TOTAL PLAYS which qualify you for the Random Draw during the Contest.

Customers of Bundlesbets are eligible to win the Sweepstakes ONE TIME every 4 months. (Quarterly , Jan-Mar, Apr-June, July-Sept, Oct-Dec)

7. Winner Notification:

Winner's account will be credited 50.00BUNDCASH and notified via email within 1 days after the contest closes.

8. Publicity:

By participating in the Contest, participants grant the BundlesBets the right to use their names and submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes.

9. General Conditions:

BundlesBets reserves the right to disqualify participants for any violations of the Contest rules. BundlesBets is not responsible for technical problems or issues that may affect the entry process. By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless BundlesBets and its affiliates from any liability.

10. Privacy:

Information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest.

The Contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE A PARTICIPANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO PERSONS WHO HAVE REACHED THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR JURISDICTION OF RESIDENCE OR 18 YEARS OF AGE, WHICHEVER IS HIGHER, AS OF THE BEGINNING OF THE PROMOTION PERIOD (AS DEFINED BELOW). THE SOLE “SPONSOR” OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS BUNDLEBETS, INC.

A COPY OF THESE SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES (THE “OFFICIAL RULES”) WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE (AS DEFINED BELOW) THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF THE PROMOTION (AS DEFINED BELOW).

  1. Contest Description. The BundlesBets sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) begins on the first (1st) Calendar day of each month and ends on [the last day of the Calendar month (30/31st) as also designated at sports.bundlesbets.com(the “Promotion Period”), and is sponsored solely by BundlesBets, Inc. (the “Sponsor” or “BundlesBets”). In order to enter, participants must create a new BundlesBets account (an “Account”) at www.BundlesBets.com (the “Website”) if the participant does not already have a BundlesBets account. Creation of an Account is free, and no purchase is required. The creator of a new Account will receive one entry into the Promotion. Those wishing to participate in the Promotion who already have an Account may affirmatively elect to have entered into the Promotion on the Website by selecting such option in their Account. Upon creation of a new Account, BundlesBets will grant the participant 5.00BUNDCASH (“BUNDCASH”). BUNDCASH can be used to place bets or otherwise participate in games on the Website. Participants who already have an Account will receive one installment of 5.00BUNDCASH free BUNDCASH in connection with the Promotion upon completion of a deposit of at least 1.00 USDC. Any participant may receive additional BUNDCASH by depositing additional USDC during the Promotion. Additional BUNDCASH allocations will be as follows: Until confirmation and delivery of a Prize (as defined below) is sent, each winner, whether actual or hypothetical for purposes of these Official Rules, shall be referred to as a “Prospective Prize Winner” and together as the “Prospective Prize Winners.” Upon delivery of a prize, such person shall be deemed a “Prize Winner.” The Promotion is only open to natural persons, and each person may only enter the Promotion one time. Any attempt by a person to obtain more than the number of free entries by using multiple/different Accounts, email addresses, identities, usernames, accounts, registrations, or logins, or any other methods may void that Entry and the participant may be disqualified from the Promotion and the participant’s Account may be terminated with limited recourse. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services) will void a participant’s eligibility to be deemed a winner of the Promotion. In the event of a dispute as to any free entry, the Authorized Account Holder (as defined below) of the email address used to create the first Account in time will be deemed to be the entrant and such individual must comply with these Official Rules. The “Authorized Account Holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Prospective Prize Winners may be required to show proof of being the Authorized Account Holders.
  2. Eligibility. The Promotion is open only to persons who are the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, or 18 years of age or older, whichever is higher, as of the beginning of the Promotion Period. Employees and former employees BundlesBets, Inc. and any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or holdings, together with members of their households, whether or not related, and immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children, and each of their respective spouses or domestic partners), BundlesBets advertising and promotion agencies, and all local sponsors, if any, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. The Promotion is void where prohibited. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set out in these Official Rules. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations. It is the sole responsibility of each participant to determine whether the Contest is legal and compliant with all regulations in the jurisdiction in which the participant resides.
  3. Additional Conditions of Entry. If, in the Sponsor’s sole and exclusive opinion and discretion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Promotion, or if computer viruses, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant who is related to such malfeasance, void such participant’s entry in the Promotion, and terminate any Account associated with such participant. Further, if necessary, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or continue the Promotion while excluding ineligible participants. Should the Promotion be terminated prior to the end of the Promotion Period described in these Official Rules, notice will be posted on the Website and the BundlesBets social media pages as soon as reasonably practicable. ANY ATTEMPT BY YOU TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM YOU TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
  4. Winner Determination. The Prize Winner will be determined by electronic random drawing, with each participant receiving one entry by way of the methods described in Section 1 of these Official Rules. The Prize Winner will be announced on the Website and BundlesBets social media pages. Prospective Prize Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and publicity (where permitted), and return the same, properly executed, within five (5) days of issuance of prize notification. If Sponsor is unable to contact a Prospective Prize Winner within three (3) days from first notification attempt, if a Prospective Prize Winner fails to complete and return all requested forms by the specified date, or if a Prospective Prize Winner fails to comply with any of the requirements, their Prize will be forfeited, and an alternate prospective winner shall be selected. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Entries received. Participants must successfully complete a Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification process provided by the Sponsor to validate eligibility to participate before redeeming any prize. This includes, but is not limited to, providing proof of a valid government-issued photo identification, biometric facial scan recognition, proof of address, and validation of a participant’s social security number (SSN) or other method of identity confirmation.
  5. Prize. The Prize Winner will receive 50.00BUNDCASH (the “Prize”). Any costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with any element of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. All federal, state, and local taxes relating to the Prize are the Prize Winner’s responsibility. The Prize Winner may be issued a 1099 tax form for the actual value of the Prize upon such winner’s request. The Prize cannot be transferred or substituted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize, or portions thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value. The Prize will be deposited directly to the Prize Winner’s Account, following any and all of the requirements and procedures described in Section 4 otherwise in these Official Rules.
  6. Odds of Winning. The odds of winning the Prize in connection with the Promotion will vary depending on the number of entrants.
  7. Privacy. In connection with the Promotion entry process, the Sponsor may collect certain personal data about participants in accordance with its privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”). Please review the Privacy Policy, which can be found on the Website. By participating in the Promotion, you hereby agree to collection and usage of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted the terms of the Privacy Policy and the terms and conditions for accessing and using the Website (the “Terms and Conditions”). When you visit the Website, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional emails and reminders for upcoming promotions and information about the Sponsor. Consenting to receive such emails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the Promotion and does not improve your chances of winning.
  8. Publicity Grant. Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes your consent to the Sponsor’s use of your name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, and/or jurisdiction of residence for promotional and advertising purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter devised, worldwide, and in perpetuity, without further payment or consideration, notification, or permission.
  9. Limitations of Liability. The Sponsor and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents, and any and all internet servers and access provider(s) (collectively, “Released Parties”) are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate Entry information; human error; technical malfunctions; failures, omissions, interruptions, deletions, or defects of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, server providers, or software, including any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in the Promotion; inability to access the Website; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of Entries; transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site; printing or human or other errors; and any Entries which are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible, postage due, or any combination thereof. Online submission is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. Upon submission, all Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check on any Prospective Prize Winner and reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any person based on such background check if Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that awarding the prize to such Prospective Prize Winner might reflect negatively on Sponsor or any of the Released Parties. Failure by Prospective Prize Winner to agree to a background check may also result in disqualification. By entering, you agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against all claims and damages or liability arising in connection with your participation and/or Entry in the Promotion and/or your receipt or use of any prize awarded in the Promotion or due to any injuries, damages, or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of the Prize or participation in any Promotion-related activity or participation in the Promotion. You further understand and agree that all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California (“Section 1542”) and any similar law of any state or territory of the United States that may be applicable with respect to the foregoing release are hereby expressly and forever waived. You acknowledge that Section 1542 provides that: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.” The releases hereunder are intended to apply to all claims not known or suspected to exist with the intent of waiving the effect of laws requiring the intent to release future unknown claims.
  10. Disputes/Governing Law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these rules, or the rights and obligations of any participant or the entities in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions which would cause the application or the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Illinois. Any action or litigation concerning this Agreement shall take place exclusively in the federal or state courts sitting in Chicago, Illinois, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waive all defenses of lack of jurisdiction and inconvenient forum with respect to such courts. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. You agree to service of process by mail or other method acceptable under the laws of the State of Illinois. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THE PROMOTION. YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEYS’ FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ENTRANT, IDENTIFIABLE PERSONS, OR THIRD-PARTY PARTICIPANTS, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.
  11. Severability. f any provision of these Official Rules shall be held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the Sponsor’s fundamental intentions hereunder, and the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired, provided, however, that in such cases the parties oblige themselves to use their best efforts to achieve the purpose of the invalid provision by a new legally valid stipulation.
  12. Winners List. After the Promotion Period, you may obtain the names of the Prize Winners by going to the Website and BundlesBets social media pages.
  13. Sponsor. BundlesBets, Inc. is the Sponsor. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any of the social media pages on which the Sponsor posts. The Promotion and all accompanying materials are the property of BundlesBets, Inc.
