What if I discover that I have input some incorrect personal details?

If you need to correct information that you have entered, you can do this by clicking the "Account Options" drop down menu in the top right corner followed by "Account Info". Some details like the Account Holder's name and the name that you used to register cannot be altered for security reasons. Why can't I deposit?

If a deposit is declined by your payment provider, we are not provided with the reason why this had occurred. However, it could be due to one of the following reasons :

— CREDIT CARDS: If your payment details are incorrect any deposit will be declined by your bank or payment provider. When logged into your account you can review and amend your payment details on the Deposit section of the website, accessed via the account options drop down menu in the top right corner of the webpage.
— If you are required to enter a Card Security Number, also known as your CV2 number, this will need to be correct in order for the deposit to be successful. Your Card Security Number is the last three digits on the signature strip on the back of your card.
— For reasons beyond our control, some card issuers may block your transactions, particularly if this is the first time you have used BundlesBets. We would advise you to contact your bank or payment provider and they should be able to resolve it for you.

How do I withdraw from my account?

How do I place a bet?

To bet on a single selection, make your choice from the sports navigation and then choose your market. Select the price you wish to take, this automatically adds your selection to the Bet Slip. How do I place an accumulator or a multiple bet?

To place a multiple bet, take the selections you wish to wager on to the Bet Slip. Select Parlays, which is located next to singles at the top of your betslip. The bet types that are displayed depend on the number of selections you have included on the Bet Slip.

What is the minimum play amount?

The minimum unit stake is determined by both Stake and win amount. Your bet must win at least 1 BUNDCASH to be valid and your stake must be at least 1 BUNDCASH on longer odds.

Where can I view my open bets?

The Bet History section of the website will allow you to see your open bets. Click bet history and then pending, this will show you all bets that have not yet been resulted.

My bet has been settled as Void, what does this mean?

A Void settlement means that your stake has been returned to you. If you are unsure why your bet has been made Void we would advise you to check for further details on your bet confirmation or in the relevant sports rules section.

What happens to my single or multiple bet if one or more of my selections does not take part?

Should any of your selections not take part in an event and be deemed Void on your bet confirmation, which you can check via your account History, the following rules will apply:

— For Singles your stake will be refunded, for Multiples the bet will stand and be settled on the remaining selections.
— or example, if you placed a Treble and one selection is declared a Void, the bet will be settled on the remaining two selections as a Double.

Why did I not get the full returns from my bet?

There may be occasions where the returns from your bet differ slightly to those quoted at the time of bet placement. This can be due to reasons such as:

— Rule 4 deduction: A Rule 4 deduction is applied to any winning bets where a participant withdraws after the time of bet placement and before the start of the event. The Rule 4 deduction is an industry standard and is used to reflect the reduced field.
— Dead-Heat: A dead-heat is where two or more participants finish the event in a tied position, any bets on these participants are settled according to dead-heat rules. For example, if three participants contest first position in an event, all bets placed on any of the three participants are settled as winners at a third of the stake at the full odds quoted.
— Obvious Error: This is when the odds or line quoted at the time of bet placement are clearly incorrect. After the error is rectified the bet is resettled at the correct odds.

How do I find the results for my bets?

The results of your wagers are displayed in the bet history section of the website. You can see the return of your wagers and the score for the event in question.

How do Asian Handicaps work?

Whole line Asian Handicap bets are settled in much the same way as traditional Handicap bets. The exception being; stakes are returned if the match result is a draw after the Asian Handicap has been applied. One key difference however, where bets are placed on an Asian Handicap In-Play, goals that have been awarded prior to bet placement are discounted for settlement purposes. The scoreline is treated as 0-0 at the time of bet placement. The odds of your selection and the choice of lines available will reflect this fact.

What is a Rule 4?

The Rule 4 deduction is an Industry standard where a quoted deduction is applied for every 1.00 unit of currency won.

When bookmakers offer odds on an event, they do so expecting all participants to take part. When a participant is withdrawn from an event a Rule 4 deduction is applied to all bets placed before the withdrawal, to reflect the reduced amount of competitors.

The size of the deduction is dependent on the odds of the withdrawn participant(s) at its time of withdrawal, the shorter the odds the larger the Rule 4 deduction.
